Why groups trust us

We know how hard fundraising is.

We've stood on those doorsteps with a box of chocolate bars and a hopeful smile. Beans with Benefits started in Vancouver to give groups something better to offer: great coffee their neighbours already drink.

We roast with local partners, print every bag with your group's own label, and take care of orders, payments, packing and payouts. You take care of the high-fives.

The plan

Three simple steps

Every kid gets a door card with their own QR code and a link to share with family.

3After closing day

Deliver and celebrate

Once the campaign meets its minimum at closing, all coffee ships together to your organizer. Sellers collect their orders and deliver to supporters.

A better way to fundraise

Coffee fundraising, made simple

Every season, coaches, teachers and parent volunteers face the same problem: the group needs money, and the usual fundraisers ask neighbours to buy things they don't want. Beans with Benefits gives your group its own coffee instead. You design a bag with your group's name on it, your kids share their personal links and door cards, and supporters order right from your page. When the campaign closes, every bag is roasted, packed and delivered in one shipment sorted by seller, and your group keeps $9 on every one. The campaign must reach its bag minimum at closing; otherwise buyers receive full refunds. Your group accepts its batch shipping quote before launch, deducted from earnings when shipped. It's free to start, there's nothing to pre-buy, and your neighbours get great coffee they'll look forward to.

Questions

Organizers usually ask

How much does our group earn?

In our example pricing, $9 on every $22 bag, before the agreed batch shipping cost. Every sale is credited to the seller whose card or link was used.

Do we pay anything up front?

No. Supporters pay when they order, and we only roast and print what's been sold. There's nothing to pre-buy and nothing left over.

How does delivery work?

After closing and meeting the campaign minimum, all coffee ships in one batch to your organizer’s main office or chosen receiving address. Sellers collect their orders there and deliver to local supporters. The group accepts the full batch shipping quote before launch; it is deducted once from group earnings when shipped.

How long does a campaign run?

Usually two to four weeks. You pick the closing day, and your bags arrive about a week after it.

Is it safe for kids?

Seller pages show a first name and last initial only. Parents set up their child's seller link, and you can turn the leaderboard off. Kids never handle money.

Where is the coffee roasted?

By partner roasters in your region. Groups in Vancouver get coffee roasted in Vancouver, and each new region gets its own local roaster.

Your neighbours already buy coffee. Let them buy yours.

Setup takes about ten minutes and costs nothing.
